Cycling Classes

Our cycling classes run both inside and outside.   All classes have inside portion of the class.

Smart Cycling is combing content form traffic skills, group riding, and commuting classes. There are basic, intermediate, and advanced building blocks to meet the needs of any rider form beginner to experience.

Bicycling Skills for Youth teaches children better bike handling skills.  Typically an outside two-hour course offered when the class size is sufficient.

We offered different types of indoor cycling:

YOUR TIME:  at your pace training.  Music, drills, and motivating coaches help you along the way.

ENERGY: intensive training with technology. Uses results-driven metrics and motivational music.

POWER: limit-pushing drills and beats to energize you. It is a structured, progressive                                                    training program designed for the competitive athlete.
