We have the mats, just bring yourself. Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures is widely practiced for health and relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>This six-week course will introduce you to the world of Yoga and focus on the Sivanada method. The course meets for 40 minutes twice a week.
